Responsible Use Policy

Guidelines for using CreditRise AI responsibly and ethically.

Educational Tools Only

CreditRise AI provides educational tools intended to help users better understand their credit profiles.

Our platform is designed to empower users with knowledge and tools — not to replace your judgment or act on your behalf without your explicit review and approval of every action.

No Automatic Dispute Submission

The platform does not automatically submit disputes to credit bureaus and does not act on behalf of users. All dispute letters generated by our AI are drafts for you to review, edit, and submit yourself.

User Responsibilities

By using CreditRise AI, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

Review all AI-generated dispute letters thoroughly before submitting them to any credit bureau or creditor
Submit any disputes directly with credit reporting agencies yourself — not through us
Ensure that all dispute claims are accurate, truthful, and based on genuine inaccuracies
Keep records of all credit communications and dispute submissions
Independently verify any recommendations before making financial decisions
Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in good faith
Consult a licensed financial or legal professional for advice specific to your situation

No Guarantees

CreditRise AI does not promise or guarantee credit score increases or the removal of negative items from credit reports.

Credit outcomes depend on credit bureau decisions
Results vary by individual credit situation
Accurate items cannot be legally removed
Dispute timelines are set by federal law, not us

Prohibited Uses

The following uses of CreditRise AI are strictly prohibited:

Submitting false or fabricated dispute claims to credit bureaus
Using the platform to defraud creditors or financial institutions
Attempting to create false credit identities
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Using AI-generated letters without reviewing their accuracy
